Shilpa Babbar, MD, MS, FACOG
Dr. Babbar is a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist at Children’s Mercy Hospital and serves at Medical Director of the MFM Clinic at Shawnee Mission AdventHealth Birth Center. In her role, she also serves as a Associate Professor at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Medicine. Her research focuses understanding the benefits of yoga and deep breathing on pregnancy.

Jenny Hellman, MSW, RPYT, CD (DONA)
Founder of Full Circle Yoga KC, a Prenatal and Postpartum yoga studio. Jenny holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She is a E-RYT® 200, RPYT®, YACEP ® with Yoga Alliance. She has specialized training in Postpartum Yoga. Additionally, she is a certified doula through DONA International and certified in Pelvic Floor Yoga. Jenny worked in several healthcare settings for twenty years prior to opening the studio eight years ago.

Lisa Vawter, DC, MS
Owner of Lisa Vawter Chiropractic, Lisa is a dedicated women's health chiropractor specializing in prenatal and postpartum care. With a Master’s in nutrition and certifications in the Webster Technique, Spinning Babies, and Birthfit, along with 100 hours of acupuncture training. Her practice offers comprehensive and holistic support for expectant and new mothers. Inspired by her own transformative experience with chiropractic care during pregnancy, she is committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to help navigate the physical changes of motherhood.

Kelsey Beach, DPT/PT, CMTPT
Owner of enCORE Therapy & Performance. With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University, Kelsey dove into pelvic health rehab in 2011, finding her niche. After completing her first triathlon in 2014, her passion for pelvic health merged with running mechanics and functional mobility for athletes. Recognizing the lack of education for pregnant women about their changing bodies and birth preparation, Kelsey integrated her expertise into enCORE, focusing on holistic approaches to pelvic rehab, mobility, and pregnancy education.
